Recipe Exchange

Joining in on Ashley's Recipe Exchange. I am thankful for her doing this because I get tired of cooking the SAME thing every week.
Chicken Angelo

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
12 ounces Muenster cheese, sliced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
(I use a big can, we like this kind of soup)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then roll in bread crumbs to coat. Lay in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer cheese on top of chicken. Spread soup on top of cheese. Bake covered in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 20 to 30 minutes more, until juices run clear.
ENJOY!!!

Monday Monday!!

So I have not participated in "Not me Monday" in a long time. I haven't felt like in the past couple of weeks. Sorry! Our crazy life around here keeps me busy doing other things. You can head on over to Mckmama's blog to hear her "Not Me" and others. AND here I go.....

I did not enroll into school last week to get my pre reqs out of the way before I start nursing school. ME going back to school and HOW can I do that?? Sure as heck don't know but it's gonna happen!! Well hopefully anyways! Just pray for me to pass the classes!

I am not at all excited to be going back to school. Me excited...NOT ME!!

School in Colorado is NOT expensive....yeah whatever it's outreagous!

I did not have 7 children this morning to get ready for school. Well...3 of the 7 were already ready when their mom dropped them off and another 2 are not in school yet but still had to get them dressed. BUT 7 kids...wow!

I am not wondering if "Caffeine Free" is really caffeine free or is it??? I have switched over to caffeine free so I can lose some weight.

I did not look at the weather last Wednesday morning to see if it was going to snow so I could go wash my car. The weather channel showed no chance of snow so I washed my car and what do you know...Friday morning we did not wake up to snow and more snow this morning. CRAZY Colorado weather! Now my car is a mess again!

My husband did not stay up until 1:00 am Friday and Saturday playing a wii game named "Call of Duty" It's a war game and he has never played a game like that. He is MISTER sports guy.

Well that's all I can think of...have fun!

LONG overdue Pics

The kids BEFORE they got cold, wet and whiney!
This year Cody and I decided to go find our own Christmas Tree (like Christmas Vacation movie) it was very frustrating taking ALL 4 kids out in the snow and finding our tree. All they did (well the twins) was whine the whole time we were out there. So we decided to head down to take them home and leave them with someone while we (Cody and I) went back up to find one. We were driving back down when I saw THE PERFECT ONE. I was very proud of my tree except it was VERY hard to get to. It was off the creek that ran down the mountain and down 2 steep hills. Cody was not happy with me after he pulled that sucker up. We measured it when we got home and it was 15 ft tall. It was HUGE. I made Cody cut 4 ft off because we needed room in our living room for it and our furniture.
Our PERFECT tree on Christmas Eve after Santa came to visit the house. Our Christmas dinner. Just the 6 of us ate the BEST Prime Rib. If you don't know how to cook Prime Rib, here is the recipe. Trust me the way you cook it...it works!! PROMISE! Hope everyone had a great holiday season and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Stamping on floor tile

This is my new project for christmas gifts this year for Kalei & Emeri's teachers plus some other people with a different design (will post when done). These can be either coasters or something to hang on the wall. I think I am going to make this one to hang on the wall because I really don't want to have to deal with spraying it with a clear coat of matte finish. Hope you like and feel free to leave comments. I love comments!

Pictures that are PAST DUE

HERE ARE THE PICTURES THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE POSTED A LONG TIME AGO.
CANON CITY PARADE OF LIGHTS

CODYS' WORK TRAILER THAT WAS IN THE PARADE. TURNED OUT GREAT THE PICTURES DOES NOT DO IT JUSTICE.

2 POLES ON EACH SIDE WITH LIGHTS IN BETWEEN WITH RAINDEER UNDER THE POLES. THERE WERE TREES AND SNOW (FAKE) ON THE TRAILER. DURING THE PARADE THERE WERE 2 GUYS THAT STOOD ON EACH POLE. IT WAS SO HARD TO GET A PICTURE IN THE DARK.

THE BUCKET TRUCK THAT PULLED THE TRAILER. THEY WON 2ND PLACE OUT OF 50. ALL THE MEN THAT WORK AT BLACK HILLS PUT GREAT EFFORT INTO THIS.

EMERI AND HER SPOON TRICK!! SHE IS THE SILLIEST KID I KNOW!!
